If your application aligns well with standard specifications, or if existing tooling can be utilized, Robertshaw provides a highly efficient and reliable solution.
The Eki Route: Bespoke Manufacturing for Mid-Volume Needs
While we distribute global brands, at our core, we are manufacturers. That is why we design and produce our own proprietary range of Eki valves. When your project requires a bespoke valve—such as a unique internal flow profile or specific spatial dimensions—we turn to our in-house Eki range. Eki valves are ideal for mid-volume production runs (typically 10,000 to 50,000 pieces a year) where custom tooling is required. Because we own the manufacturing process, we can build a valve from the ground up to meet your exact requirements.
The Hybrid Approach: Plug-and-Play Integration
Often, the best solution lies in the middle. We frequently take an existing Robertshaw or Eki valve and modify it to create a “hybrid” solution. Our engineering team can add custom connection leads, integrate extra push-fit fittings and adapters, or enclose the valve in a bespoke housing.
