Elite Flexible Hoses
The Qualflex™ Elite flexible hose range provides robust and flexible solution for the safe conveyance and distribution of water in both heating and cooling services. A versatile alternative to traditional copper piping, the Qualflex™ Elite range is extensively used to provide flexible water connections in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Made using a robust EPDM rubber liner and robust stainless steel overbraid – with red & blue tracer for easy identification, Elite flexible hoses are specifically designed to ensure the varied temperature range of HVAC equipment. Elite flexible hoses are tested up to 85°C at 10bar, and can be supplied with class ‘0’ insulation for chilled applications.
Available to both OEM and retail customers, Qualflex™ Elite flexible hose assemblies can be designed and manufactured as a sub-assembly component within central heating boilers, air source heat pumps, and any application requiring heat-resistant materials. Ideal for the heating industry. Hydralectric can also offer consultancy and ongoing support to OEM clients through product specification, design, approvals, and material sourcing to create a custom flexible hose solution.
A comprehensive catalogue range of standard Elite flexible hoses are also available to the retail market. Offered with a wide choice of industry standard connections, in three standard lengths: 300mm, 600mm, 900mm, and with a choice of bore size, Qualflex™ Elite flexible hoses are the recommended choice for HVAC installers and M&E sub-contractors.
