We work directly with OEMs to address the challenges of efficiency and ergonomics associated with traditional heating systems, which includes designing, testing, and supplying a range of standard and bespoke flexible hoses for domestic and commercial closed heating systems including condensing boilers, combination gas boilers, and air source heat pumps. Utilising superior materials to ensure longevity from exposure to extreme temperatures and chemicals often used in HVAC systems, the Qualflex™ Elite flexible hose range offers excellent abrasion and crush resistance. The service life Qualflex™ ELITE flexible hose range is no less than 10 years.
Hydralectric understands speed of installation and the high labour costs of assembly are important factors to high-volume boiler manufacturers. Our engineers are constantly developing our flexible hose range to be a superior alternative to heavier, more expensive brass and copper components. For example, using our in-house facilities, Hydralectric have engineered plastic mouldings and bespoke fittings to increase overall efficiency of our client’s own production. In response to the growing demand for air source heating systems, we have developed our Elite range to include flexible hoses which offer a connection between the external appliance and heat interface unit. These can be supplied pre-insulated to help minimise overall heat loss.
Hydralectric also supplies Qualflex™ ELITE range of flexible hoses to various heating and plumbing trade counters, as well as M&E subcontractors throughout the UK, for the installation of HVAC equipment. Please see our building services page for more information.
The hard-wearing EPDM liner found in the Qualflex™ Elite range is explicitly designed to satisfy the temperature ranges and chemicals found in HVAC systems and does not offer anti-microbial properties, therefore should NOT be used for potable water for drinking, bathing, washrooms, or cooking.
