Tomasz Bielang
Quality Manager
Tomasz rejoined Hydralectric in November 2011 as our Quality Manager. He started working for Hydralectric in February 2006 as a Quality Assurance Engineer and continued working in Byfleet until November 2009 when he resigned to pursue other career opportunities.
During his initial employment period Tomasz continued to develop his career as a result of assuming additional responsibilities and pursuing external university studies. In 2008 he was promoted to the position of Quality and Technical Support Manager and managed a small team with wide ranging responsibilities.
During 2010 and much of 2011 Tomasz worked on a number of short-term contractual assignments for UK and European organisations including McLaren Racing (a company he had previously worked for) and a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer.
Tomasz had previously been trained as an internal auditor and in early 2012 he completed his training as a lead auditor. To fulfil a long term goal he was also able to complete a Business Management degree in his home country during 2011.
Hydralectric has made considerable investments in recent years to replace outdated manufacturing equipment and improve internal systems. The appointment of an experienced quality manager who has a breadth of experience over relevant industries and in-depth experience of Hydralectric products and processes will enable further progress to be made to both ensure we have robust quality systems and can focus on future product development.
